According to our provider, traffic is now recovering.

Issue resolved, all servers on this node are booting up.

System maintenance completed - This server is now back up and running :)

System is back online now - was not a hardware related issue but was to-do with our windows licence. this has been fixed now. no further action needs to be taken.

Shared Game 2 - Xeon E5-2690 recovered.

Dallas Shared Game 1 - Xeon E5 2683 v3 recovered.

Issue has now been resolved. Latency on our end to path network is now back to <1ms.

"On July 7, 2024, at 1:10 a.m., there was a disruption in our internet connection due to an interruption in the dark fiber connection to the Interxion node. We managed to restore connectivity via a replacement connection, and all systems are now accessible again. A ticket has been created at Interxion to expedite the restoration of our main fiber optic cable and to investigate the cause of the incident to preve...

There was a software issue on this node that caused some downtime. This has since been resolved and we're closely monitoring this node to ensure it remains stable.

VPS 5 - EPYC recovered.

This has now been resolved. Cosmic have for now disabled GTT in London.
