System is back online now - was not a hardware related issue but was to-do with our windows licence. this has been fixed now. no further action needs to be taken.

We're currently talking to remote hands and trying to get this resolved and back online in the meantime - we'll also further debug this system tomorrow when we're on-site.

We're aware of this node being offline - our DC has been made aware and we'll have this system powered back on - i'll look into this system further on Monday when we're on-site.
