Update 4 - RESOLVED: Following the delivery and installation of replacement components, all remedial work has now been completed. The UPS battery infrastructure has been fully restored to operational health, with all systems confirmed stable and performing within expected parameters.

All battery strings have been impedance tested using a calibrated Hioki BT3554-50 battery tester, with every cell returning healthy readings. Bus voltage has been restored to nominal float levels and the UPS is ...

Power Issue Affecting Core Networking

We experienced an overnight power trip affecting our main intake and communications room. As a result, the UPS systems supplying the area transferred to battery power and were subsequently exhausted, leading to a temporary disruption to network services.

Power to the main datafloor was not lost.

Services are now restored and we're actively monitoring to ensure everything is stable.
