We have pushed a temporary fix to our config which will stop this issue from recurring as of now.

Just wanted to shed some light on the situation over the past 24 hours.

Initially, we were dealing with some very large DDoS attacks, which caused certain issues.

However, an emergency script on our side subsequently triggered a subnet-wide connectivity issue. We've since patched the script and restored connectivity.

This issue has been resolved, as a short rundown we had a Power supply failure in this system, which also damaged the motherboard. Both have been replaced and the system is now functioning again.

This issue has been resolved, though not in the way we originally hoped.

Unfortunately, we experienced a full data loss on this node affecting all clients due to a combination of hardware failure and some oversights on our part. This is the first time since we started running in 2017 that we’ve encountered data loss of this scale.
