What is happening?
We will be performing a major upgrade to our core infrastructure to improve performance, increase network redundancy, and prepare our platform for long-term growth. This maintenance is part of a strategic initiative to modernize our systems, enhance failover handling, and expand our capacity for future scaling.

This maintenance will affect all customers, including but not limited too:
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS)
- Dedicated Servers / Dedicated Server Clients
- Shared Game Server Hosting
- Web Hosting
- VPN Hosting
- Discord Bot Hosting
- Downstream / White-Label Resellers
All systems and services will be fully offline during the maintenance window.
What work will be carried out during this maintenance window?
- Deployment of two new upgraded core routers to replace our existing routing infrastructure
- Activation of an additional upstream uplink for improved redundancy and greater external bandwidth capacity
- Full reconfiguration of our network topology to reduce latency and improve fault tolerance
- Upgrades to backend orchestration and automation systems for faster provisioning and improved service reliability
- Rollout of enhanced monitoring and observability tooling for real-time visibility and diagnostics
- A complete inventory audit of all dedicated server hardware as part of infrastructure validation
- Scheduled infrastructure checks across key systems and internal services
Why is full downtime require?
Due to the scale of the work being performed — including low-level network changes, hardware replacement, and platform-wide audits — all services must be taken offline to ensure a clean, stable deployment across all infrastructure layers.
This work is scheduled during off-peak hours (00:00 AM BST to 08:00 AM BST) to minimize disruption during critical hours.
We will provide updates on this status page post throughout the maintenance window to keep all clients informed.
