Maintenance

We're currently in the process of deploying a secondary, backup router in our germany location. this will fix the issues with downtime we've had the past couple days.

We're going to be performing some maintenance of our Minecraft panel to hopefully restore the Modpack installer, Versions switcher and Plugin installer. All game services will be unaffected by this maintenance and only the panel interaction will be down.

We expect this to take 1-2 hours tops for this.

Networking is now restored.

We completed a router upgrade today in the UK, we do sadly need to do one more reboot of the system to apply a driver update for optimized performance we'll do this tomorrow morning at 9AM we'll allocate 20 minutes for this just in case we need to reboot it more than once but it should just be a single reboot.

We've done this early to intentionally not cause interruption for game servers.

Hey all,

Tomorrow morning in the UK we will test dropping 185.36.205.0/24 over to our new router, this is part of on going work in improving our network. We are proactively replicating upgrades seen in Germany and also seeking to resolve some long-standing network issues in the UK.

It may take 30 or so minutes for routing to update after this but we hope for it to be quicker. We are doing this early AM to prevent any hassle to gamers.
